Josephus Ollison Jr.

Director, Manage Care Division and STEM Training, Dymentum Health

 As head of UNITED VETS STEM-SMART he brings that same expertise in problem solving to assist in all levels of education projects.

 Prior to founding United VETS STEM-SMART Josephus currently serves as Director of the Managed Care Division for Dymentum Health.  He served as Director of Corporate Services in Higher Education and Science Technology Engineering and Math for Metrodata Networks and the VETS Group. Mr. Ollison served as President of the Consortium of STEM Research and Technology and led an HBCU consortium with TC Coombs & Associates, a Disable Veterans Own Business and IBM for implementation of Cloud Computing for STEM research at HBCUs and High  Performance Computing at Howard University. Mr. Ollison served as Director of Corporate Development for the National Association for Equal Opportunity in Higher Education (NAFEO). NAFEO serves as the umbrella organization for all HBCUs and PBIs.  Mr. Ollison prepared multiple proposals for funding opportunities while serving as the Development Officer at the AARP Foundation in the area of Medicare Part D Prescription Drug Program and Health Disparities for Seniors.   Managed external organization's activities through personal relationships with the White House Initiative on HBCUs, AIME, NAFEO, Thurgood Marshall, and health and scientific research with eCast Corporation, a Health IT base company specializing in Health IT for medicare providers.

Tracey Rucker

Tracey served as President of Harrington Contractors, a small business which focus on business development, proposal writing, contract compliance, cost control and operations mamagement.  She was founder of Potomac Business Center and was awarded an annual 2.4 million contract with the federal government.  Tracey provided over 17+ years and  3 million dollars of contracting buiness through technical assistance, marketing, contract negotiation, proposal preparation, facilities management and governmental consulting.  Her project management experience to our clients provides operatons management services on contracts with commercial business throuhgout the Washington Metropolitan area.   Her in-depth approach to projects, contract compliance and cost control ensures a solution that works right the first time.
